Vietnamese Street Food stall, Hanoi reached out for guidance and strategy. We loved working with the F&B business to brand the new site, integrate a thoughtful e-commerce homewares store, all to help grow and share their story.
The project required a clean design to help best represent the brands lifestyle and message
The website was built using a custom theme and included multiple pages, seamless bespoke animations and a responsive easy to change menu page. All of this was perfectly adapted to the mobile device and fully integrated with a delivery service provider.
Mobile first, with all users in mind
Bigsmall followed a mobile first approach. Through user focussed discovery, the team best understood the needs of each customer journey.
The navigation menu combines both identity and emphasises the ease of flow throughout the site.
E-Commerce & Marketing
Beyond traditional proven methods including e-mail marketing, bigsmall put efforts in creating a multi-channel approach.
Loyalty programs included incentivised and eye catching loyalty cards to encourage repeat custom and build long-term relations. The E-Commerce store encouraged users to gift and self-purchase not only products but also cooking lessons from the team at Hanoi.
